We loved this hotel's location close to the beach and shopping center across the road, as well as its proximity to the bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, upgraded room with a window, great breakfast buffet with changing options, convenient location near the beach and Lotte Mart, wide selection of TV channels.

The location of the hotel was great, it was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. The mini bus service provided by the hotel was also a plus. The rooms had a nice balcony with a sea view which we enjoyed.
The hotel was in desperate need of renovation. Our room was dirty and old, the air conditioner didn't work properly and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The breakfast was disappointing, very low quality, with limited choice and the dining room was always overcrowded. we had a terrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone unless they are on a very tight budget.

Our hotel is located conveniently close to tourist attractions such as the beach and shopping centre. the rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is a highlight of the stay. You can enjoy a picturesque view of the river from some of the rooms.
The hotel can have occasional noise disruptions due to karaoke sessions.

Spent my Xmas here and had a great time! Loved the friendly staff who were always willing to help and made my stay feel like home. the location was perfect, close to the beach and with a supermarket nearby. the free shuttle to the beach was a definite plus. the breakfast was delicious, offering both western and local cuisine. Lastly, the room was comfortable and spacious, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
Although the staff was great, some had limited English which made communication difficult at times.
